OS7000 series with IP Public problems

With v4.21c in OS7100 or OS7200 (with WIM v1.33t), country CHILE

Do you have a problem with assign public ip address for maintain settting...???

I heve a problem in both system, setting public ip address but reload parameter (IT 2.1.2) public change to 0.0.0.0

Can you help me about this problem...???

There is no problem with my OS7200 v4.21c (MMC812 is set for Russia/CIS). I can easy set any Public IP for my MCP.. First please check how is set the System IP Type (Showld be "Public" or "Private with Public")

The problem generated NOT audio through Internet via WIM

If then please check same options in MMC831 and after that please find and check in the WIM settings the NAPT table (Please check OfficeServ 7200 Data Server User Guide_ED04.doc the DHCP Server -> MGI Cards and DHCP Server -> Call Server, then DSMI -> VoIP Status and DSMI -> VoIP NAPT) were should be the string with Privat and Public MGI IP's and 30000 - UDP ports translation.. If no then please check in the WIM settings the DHCP Server -> Call Server address (MCP Local IP) in the DHCP options address and restart this router services DHCP server and Call, Feature in DSMI management again.... Then MGI IP and status and NAPT table will be updated automatically with MCP data.

If so then please add the strings for MGI IP and ports translations in Static NAT menu manually.. The NAPT table should consist the MGI local IP and ports translation to the Public IP and ports for UDP (RTP/RTCP) sessions.....
Any way now I think you understand what is your faults...

I try setting manually, but not working

Support Korea indicates today for me, that exist problem working with WIM card (v1.33t) and MCP card (v4.21c), i need upgrade WIM card to v1.34
