Known Problem (this will be fixed in V4.40)
1. OS7100 System can't handle BRM information at MSN mode normally when BRM card is installed in the 2nd or 3rd slot of UNI board.
-> There is no problem if BRM card is installed in the 1st slot of UNI card.
