Несколько вопросов по WE VoIP к тем, кто уже имеет опыт установки:
(АТС OS7070 v4_73, лицензии MGI\SIP\WE VoIP)
1. Можно ли зарегистрировать WE клиента БЕЗ подключения к WIFI сети предприятия, только по IP - сети?
2. Какие порты нужно пробрасывать для WE VoIP (АТС за NAT)? UDP 5060, TCP 9012, UDP голосовые? Можно ли изменить 5060 на другой?
3. Поддерживается ли G.729 ?
4. Где в настройках АТС используется Authentication Number (MAC телефона) ? В 5.2.24 Auth Num ?

1. Нет. Для получения профайла всех необходимых настроек (в том числе и Public IP системы), необходимо начать регистрацию через локальную Wi-Fi сеть предприятия. В отсутсвии локальной Wi-Fi сети WE VoIP будет работать по Public IP
2. Все те же самые сигнальные и голосовые, что для стандартного IP телефона.

4. Login profile in DM 5.2.24
1) Enter the mobile number
- This number will be used for making a unique name for both mobile
and login profile as below. <sec_mobile_01095303304.xml>

- Input <My Phone Number> of WE VoIP client to DM 5.2.24 <Mobile number>.

※ Known Problem
• Issue
In case of using General version or GS3/4
WE VoIP client can’t read mobile number from SIM card
and Mac address is shown instead of mobile number.
In this case <My Phone Number> field is deactivated
so user can’t change its value to mobile number and
after all provisioning fails.
• Temporary solution
Input Mac address to DM 5.2.24 <Mobile Number>
instead of actual mobile number.
Mobile and login profile will be named with Mac address
and authentication will be also processed with Mac address.
Restriction when using Mac address
In this case you can’t use below features which need valid mobile number.
=> Smart Routing, Manual Handover, Call Forward Unreachable
• Final Solution
- Separate authentication and mobile number by adding <Authentication Number>.
- <Authentication Number> will be added to both WE VoIP client and DM in next official
version. You can input mobile number or Mac address to <Authentication Number>.
This number will be used for making mobile & login profile and authentication process
instead of <My Phone Number>. And it is not used for call features.
- You can input only mobile number to <My Phone Number>.
This number will be used for smart routing, manual handover and call forward
unreachable.
- In case of E.164 number, WE VoIP client will show all digits including <+>. But you should
input only digits without <+> in DM.
- Both system and WE VoIP client S/W will be released in October 2013 and parts of
above content may be corrected.


Суть такова. Если, вместо Mobile Number с SIMки читается MAC, то он в последей версии вносится в DM5.2.24 в Authentication number, а Mobile number задается ручками. Если сотовый номер считывается с SIMки то он вносится и в Authentication number и в Mobile number.
