In system OS7200 v4.21, after two days upgrade from v4.14k to v4.21, it has two automatic reset (without working IT)

Reported alarm is: MJA04 MCP Reset Watchdog

Yes, one TEPRIa (v4.23) card with ISDN PRI

Unplug ISDN wire from TEPRIa card and start PBX. After successful start plug in ISDN wire and everything is OK. We have same situation, PBX didn't start until we unplug ISDN wire from TEPRIa card.

The problem you detect is diferent, this fails have in version from v2.69 to v2.70

OS7200 start without problem with connection ISDN link all time, the problem is ramdom reset what cause is MCP Reset for Watchdog

From my experience, cause - isdn synchronization problems
