How to do upgrade MEM4 card...???

I need procedure for upgrade to MEM4 card

It is possible using SIO commands and LAN with OSM100 - File Upload (off-line). This is same method with OS12 or TEPRIa/TEPRI2 upgrade via LAN and SIO. Just password for SIO bootmenu menu is "os100samsung"..
The steps is simple...
1) Connect SIO and LAN cables
2) Set SIO connectio parameters for PC.
2) Restart MEM4 card
3) Break in the proper moment the boot process by pressing enter and input the password
4) Set temp for boot mode TCP/IP parameters for MEM4 (input help command for detailed commands detailed description)
5) Input the "load" command
6) Upload the PGM file with OSM100 off-line menu
7) Restart the MEM4 with new s/w version.

This is the example for TEPRIa/TEPRI2 cards upgrade (all is same except the password)


Let the TEPRI card restart by pressing reset button in front of TEPRIa/TEPRI2 card.

1) Connect SIO with 9600-N-8-1 and reset MEM4 but not display option for break boot, only display information when LAN START
2) Version MEM4 is v1.38

Excuse me Felipe.. I'm explaning the OS100 (MP1 card), but MEM4 is iDCS100.. It is another way... Just use on-line PGM file upload menu from PCMMC v3.04 for MEM4 v1.43..
