Contents :
1. (All) MPS feature of OAS card is available.
: MPS feature of OAS card is required. We add MPS messages.
2. (SER) Changing inter digit time didn't be affected when using dial pulse feature.
: System counts inter-digit time by 10ms. But inter-digit time is set by 100ms.
We modified inter-digit timer to count time by 100ms.
3. (SER) Resolving call drop issue during the conversation when busy tone detection is set for Analog TRK
: System often detects busy tone on woman's voice. There is calculation error when busy tone cadence check. We modify Russia busy tone calculation scheme.
